One of our premium wagyu brands from Matsumoto city in Nagano prefecture. Famous for feeding their wagyu cattle locally grown apples as a primary source of their diet. Doing this gives the beef a tender and a sweet after taste. 100 cattle per year production.

In addition to its high quality, Shinshu Wagyu is also known for its versatility. It can be prepared in a wide range of dishes, from classic Japanese beef dishes like shabu-shabu and sukiyaki, to more contemporary dishes like steak and burgers.
