Shipping/Delivery Policy

SHIPPING INFORMATION

All products are shipped in temperature controlled containers directly to your doorstep. Our packages have been temperature tested to last at least 40 hours at or below 45° degrees Fahrenheit. 

-All meats are shipped vacuum sealed and frozen
-Thawing / oxidation in transit may occur but is normal. 

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

  • Shipments require a street address for delivery. We cannot ship to any PO boxes.
  • Damage or spoilage due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses voids any guarantee. Please verify your shipping address.

CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

No, however you may be eligible for a refund. Because our products are consumable perishables, it is our policy that products should never be returned except where specifically requested.  In the event that an unauthorized return is received, Meatluxe is not responsible for refunding any of the shipping costs associated with the unauthorized return.

ARE THERE ANY RESTRICTIONS ON REFUNDS OR REPLACEMENTS?

Yes. The following restrictions apply:

  • Refunds will be given in the same amount and issued to the same form as payment that was made on the original order.
  • Refunds only apply to purchases made at WWW.MEATLUXEHAWAII.COM, and not those where Meatluxe products are purchased through any of our retailer partners.


In the case of orders placed at WWW.MEATLUXEHAWAII.COM, Meatluxe does not issue refunds or replacements if:

  1. The order is unable to be delivered and/or arrives late due to incorrect, invalid, or incomplete addresses entered by the consumer.
  2. Delivery problems are specifically caused by the shipping company.
  3. Delivery is delayed or affected by weather and/or acts of god.
  4. Products are improperly handled/stored after being successfully delivered.
  5. A delivery/shipment is refused by the recipient and/or returned to Meatluxe Hawaii LLC. without authorization.
