Kirameki Wagyu | Iwakuni Farm, Yamaguchi | A5 BMS 12 | Striploin

Hails from Iwakuni Farm, the same farm as Takamori Drunken Wagyu. It goes under the same meticulous care as Drunken Wagyu but does not have the Dassai-Sake mash in the feed. This is a newer brand that aims to show the the world that Yamaguchi Prefecture is also a producer of amazing quality beef. 

You will not find this at many places if any at all. It's nearly as rare as Takamori Drunken Wagyu, but with a much friendlier price tag due to it not having the sake mash introduced into its feed.
